A Lifetime Warranty applies to our Quickset anchor.
What does this warranty cover?
The lifetime and limited warranties cover any bending or breakage of our anchors resulting from normal use, throughout the term of the warranty for the original purchaser of the product.
What we will do to correct problems:
Kingston Anchors will repair or replace, at no charge, anchors that prove defective due to bending or breakage. Kingston Anchors will ONLY use original materials of like kind or better quality for all warranty work.
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from the improper use of our products. Anchors must be properly sized to match the vessel’s length, weight, and sea conditions.
Kingston Anchors does not accept any liability for damage to vessels resulting from weather conditions, misuse, stowage, or improper installation of our products.
Kingston Anchors will not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear such as scratching and marring and denting.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must contact your point of purchase and/or Kingston Anchors directly.
You must have proof of purchase to show you are the original buyer of our product. For all repair and replacement, Kingston Anchors must be in possession of the damaged anchor prior to assessment of coverage.
